He holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
Active civically, Quentin serves on the Executive Committee of Cleveland Development Advisors - a real estate and business development finance organization that invests private capital and New Markets Tax Credit allocations into catalytic projects in Cleveland.
Quentin also serves on the Visiting Committee of Cuyahoga Community College; a member of both Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland.
In addition, he has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40, Kaleidoscope 40 Under 40, and has served on the Board Nominating Panel for the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools and the Governor’s Judicial Advisory Committee.
He holds a MPA from Cleveland State University and BA in Political Science from Jackson State
Mr. Metcalf previously assisted clients as a tax and bond attorney with the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, L.L.P. (now Squire Patton Boggs), during which he represented banks, Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities in financial restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions and global tax strategy.
He holds a BBA from The Ohio State University, holds a J.D. from Cornell University Law School, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
