His specialties include; Asset Management/Allocation, Fund Management, Alternative Investment, Portfolio Diversification, Financial Consulting, Options Trading, Credit Spreads, Debt Structuring, Bond/Alternative Financing, Investment Education, and Public Speaking & Presenting.
A Registered Investment Advisor in the state of Ohio (Series 65), in addition to serving as a Financial Advisor and a Municipal Advisor, Burner has served as an on-air Financial Analyst for Fox 8 News and an Economic Outlook Panelist at The City Club of Cleveland.
He holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University.
Active civically, Quentin serves on the Executive Committee of Cleveland Development Advisors - a real estate and business development finance organization that invests private capital and New Markets Tax Credit allocations into catalytic projects in Cleveland.
Quentin also serves on the Visiting Committee of Cuyahoga Community College; a member of both Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and 100 Black Men of Greater Cleveland.
In addition, he has been recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40, Kaleidoscope 40 Under 40, and has served on the Board Nominating Panel for the Cleveland Metropolitan Schools and the Governor’s Judicial Advisory Committee.
He holds a MPA from Cleveland State University and BA in Political Science from Jackson State

Mr. Metcalf previously assisted clients as a tax and bond attorney with the international law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, L.L.P. (now Squire Patton Boggs), during which he represented banks, Fortune 500 companies and governmental entities in financial restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions and global tax strategy.
He holds a BBA from The Ohio State University, holds a J.D. from Cornell University Law School, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Board of Advisors
A fixture in the Northeast Ohio civic community, Marc serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Cleveland and he was named United Way Volunteer of the Year in 2011. He is an active member on the following Boards: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and University School. He received University School’s Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award in 2012.
This focus allowed for the growth of assets under management and other fee-based business. Prior to joining Wayne Hummer, Tom spent 12 years with McDonald Investments in Cleveland, Ohio. He began as director of sales development and progressed in responsibility to ultimately become director of the Private Client Group. In that capacity, Tom established the Investor Services Group and developed products and services dedicated to the affluent investor.
Prior to founding Elizabeth Park, Mr. Cummings worked as a senior analyst for FSI Group, a $150 million financial services hedge fund. He was primarily responsible for making long and short recommendations for bank, thrift and consumer finance stocks across a broad range of market-caps.
Education and Professional Affiliations A native of the Cleveland area, Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Elyria West High School and Allegheny College. He is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Allegheny College.
Boyce served as a State Representative for the 25th Ohio House District from May 2012 through 2016 where he served on the House Community and Family Advancement Committee, the Community and Family Advancement Subcommittee on Minority Affairs, House Finance Committee, House Finance Committee on Higher Education, House Rules and Reference Committee and the Controlling Board.
